Chilperic I of the Franks was born about 0519.1 Chilperic I of the Franks' father was Chlothar I the Old of the King of Franks and his mother was Ingonde (Radegond) von Thuringia. His paternal grandparents were Clovis I (Chlodovech) Magnus King of Franks and St. Chrotechilde (Clothilde) de Burgundy; his maternal grandfather was Berthar Half King of Thuringia. He had two brothers named Charibert I of the Franks and Sigebert I de Austrasia. He was the oldest of the three children. He died in 0584.1 -
