Jacob Hotchkiss

Jacob was born in 1747.¹   Jacob's father was Jacob Hotchkiss and his mother was Elizabeth Dickerman.  His paternal grandparents were Joshua Hotchkiss and Hannah Tuttle. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Jabez, Timothy, Elijah, Abraham, Martha, Elizabeth, Mary and Abigail.  He was the second youngest of the nine children.
