Lydia Holeman 
Lydia was born about 1807 in , Wilkes, NC. Lydia's father was William Holeman and her mother was Charity Ferguson. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Holeman and Margaret Southerland; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Ferguson and Edith Foster. She had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Enoch, Thomas, James, John Henry, Charlotte, Asa, Eda, Ann and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died about 1881 in , Wise, TX.-
