Robert "Bossu" de Beaumont Earl of Leicester 
Robert "Bossu" de Beaumont was born in 1104 in England.1 Robert "Bossu" de Beaumont's father was Robert de Beaumont de Meulan Earl of Leicester and his mother was Isabella Capet de Crépi. His paternal grandparents were Roger de Beaumont Earl of Meulan and Adeline de Meulan Cts de Meulan; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Capet Magnus de Crépi Duc de Burgundy and Adelar de Vermandois Cts de Vermandois. He had a brother and two sisters, named Waleran de Beaumont de, Isabel and Isabel (Elizabeth). He was the second youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William de Warenne III, Gundred and Adelaide (Ada). He died at the age of 64 in 1168 in Leicester, Leicestershire.2 General Notes
