Hanse John Chrysler

Hanse John was born in 1756 in East Camp, Columbia, NY.¹   Hanse John's father was Wilhemus Chrysler and his mother was Catherine Schauer.  His paternal grandparents were Johannes Chrysler and Anna Eva Catherina Monk; his maternal grandparents were Johan Adam Schauer and Maria Elisabetha Fritz. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Adam, Jacob, George, Catrina, Margaret, Elizabeth, Barbara and Hannah.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 88 in 1844 in NY.¹
