Robert Cecil 
Robert was born in 1563 in England.1 Robert's father was William Cecil and his mother was Mildred Cooke. His paternal grandparents were Richard Cecil and Jane Heckington; his maternal grandparents were Anthony Cooke and Anne FitzWilliam. He had a sister named Anne. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 49 in 1612 in England.1
