Anne Cecil 
Anne was born in 1556 in England.1 Anne's father was William Cecil and her mother was Mildred Cooke. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Cecil and Jane Heckington; her maternal grandparents were Anthony Cooke and Anne FitzWilliam. She had a brother named Robert. She was the older of the two children.
