Sarah was born in 1720 in Windham, Windham, CT.1 Sarah's father was Eleazer Cary and her mother was Lydia Throope. Her paternal grandparents were John Cary and Abigail Penniman; her maternal grandparents were William Throope and Mary Chapman. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Eleazer, William, Abigail, Ann, Eliza, Mary, Martha, Alathea and Lydia. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 6 in 1726 in Windham, Windham, CT.1 -
