Lydia Cary 
Lydia was born in 1725 in Windham, Windham, CT.1 Lydia's father was Eleazer Cary and her mother was Lydia Throope. Her paternal grandparents were John Cary and Abigail Penniman; her maternal grandparents were William Throope and Mary Chapman. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Eleazer, William, Abigail, Ann, Eliza, Mary, Martha, Sarah and Alathea. She was the second youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 59 in 1784 in Windham, Windham, CT.1 -
