Benjamin was born in 1741 in Windham, Windham, CT.1 Benjamin's father was Jabez Cary and his mother was Hannah Hendee. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Cary and Hannah Unknown. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Jabez, Nathaniel, Ebenezer, David, Hannah and Mary. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died in 1741 in Windham, Windham, CT.1 -
