Robert was born on November 22nd, 1881. Robert's father was Thomas Beggs and his mother was Sarah Marie Brown. His paternal grandparents were Robert Beggs and Janet (Jennie) Magee. He had a brother and a sister, named Sylas and Janet. He was the second oldest of the three children.-
