Frank Leland Beggs 
Frank Leland was born in 1878. Frank Leland's father was Thomas J Beggs and his mother was Josephine Purvine. His paternal grandparents were Hugh Beggs and Mary Robinson. He had three brothers named William Pierce, Bryon Carl and Thomas Guy. He was the second youngest of the four children.-
