Weis says that Annales de Bourgogne, vol. 32 (1960), pp. 158-16 1 showes Sibylle as daughter of Raymond Berenger I, d. 1035, Com te de Barcelone, by (3) wife Guisle d'Ampurias, but Weis think s Raymond was a child of Raymond Borel III, d. 1019, Comte de Ba rcelone, by Ermesende, dau Roger I de Carcassone and Adelaide.
