Terrell Sease Sr.

Newberry - Funeral services for Terrell L. "Boots" Sease Sr., 79, of 2309
College St., will be held at 11 a.m. today at Whitaker Funeral Home with
the Rev. Terry D. Frady officiating. Interment will be in Rosemont
Cemetery. Memorials may be made to O'Neal Street United Methodist
Church, 511 O'Neal St., Newberry.

Mr. Sease died Thursday, Oct. 23, 1997, at his home. Born in
Silverstreet, he was a son of the late Terrell F. and Marie Bowers
Sease. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and was a survivor of Pearl
Harbor. He was a retired police officer of Newberry City Police
Department with 32 years of service. He was a member of O'Neal Street
United Methodist Church, WLW Sunday School Class and Newberry County Law
Enforcement Association, and was a charter member of Newberry Exchange
Club.

Surviving are his wife, Sunshine Shealy Sease of the home; a son, Terrell
L. "Terry" Sease Jr.. of Newberry; a brother, Jacob Karl Sease of
Clinton; half brothers, Robert F. Sease of Gilbert and John T. Sease of
Newberry; half sisters, Frances Yelton, Lorene Mills, both of Lexington,
Louise Odom of Starke, Fla., Eleanor Walters, Ethel Redding, both of
Columbia, Alma Hall of Little Mountain, Phyllis Rodgers of Irmo;
granddaughter, Emma Kay Sease of Newberry.[Sease#2.FTW]
