Mrs. Hazel S. Amick
Mrs. Hazel Stoudemire Amick, 85, of Chapin and widow of Walter E. Amick,
died Sunday in a Columbia hospital.
Born in Newberry County, she was a daughter of teh late Charlie and Alice
Fulmer Stoudemire.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. C.E. (Sallie) Huffstetler of Columbia; two
sons, Charlie Wilbur and Harry E. Amick of Chapin; a sister, Mrs. Loy
Matthews of Little Mountain; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in the St. Jacobs Lutheran Church,
conducted by the Rev. John Wessinger.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel, is in charge.
