Caro Slice

West Columbia - Graveside services for Caro Bickley Slice, 57, of 117
Greenwood Rd., will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Celestial Memorial
Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 tonight at
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Memorials may be made to
Hospice of The Midlands, c/o Baptist Medical Center.

Mrs. Slice died Thursday, October 16, 1997. Born in Lexington County,
she was a daughter of Frances Boland Bickley and the late Colie Sease
Bickley. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, and retired
from BellSouth.

Surviving are her husband, Robert Slice of West Columbia; mother of
Lexington; daughter, Carmen A. Slice of Columbia; sons, Joseph C. Slice
of Chapin and Robert D. Slice of Pineridge; sister, Retha B. Slice of
Lexington; brothers, Rhett S. and Von B. Bickley of Lexington, and David
E. Bickley of Irmo.
