Lila Shealy
Lexington - Services for Lila Frick Shealy, 84, will be held at 3 p.m.
Friday at St. Stephens Lutheran Church with burial in the church
cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in
Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, Lexington Chapel. Memorials may be made
to St. Stephens Lutheran Chruch, 117 Butler St., Lexington 29072 or the
American Cancer Society.

Mrs. Shealy, wife of the late D. Ward Shealy, died Wednesday, March 25,
1998. Born in Chapin, she was a daughter of hte late Jacob Walter and
Loretta Sease Frick. She was a member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church,
the Ladies Sunday School Class and Sara Harman Circle. Mrs. Shealy was a
member of the Margaret McFadden Home Extension Club and a volunteer with
the Red Cross Blood Mobile.

Surviving are sons, Douglas W. Shealy of Lexington and Richard L. Shealy
of Columbia; daughter, Loretta S. Shields of Columbia; three
grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Janet F. Hallman of
Lexington and Carolyn F. Clark of North Charleston.
