Adeliza de Brabant 
Adeliza was born in Louvain, Belgium.1 Adeliza's father was Godfrey 'a la Barbe' VII Duke of Lower Lorraine and her mother was Ide de Namuer Cts of Namuer. Her paternal grandparents were Henry II de Brabant Ct of Louvain and Adela von Thuringia; her maternal grandparents were Albert III de Namuer Ct of Namuer and Ida Billung von Sachsen. She had two brothers named Godfrey II de Brabant and Joscelin de Percy. She died on April 23rd, 1151 in Affligem Abbey, Flanders, France.1 General Notes
