James Cook Winter 
James Cook was born on October 27th, 1842.1 James Cook's father was James Cook Winter and his mother was Serepta Ann Glenn. His maternal grandparents were William Glenn and Mildred Milly Alexander. He had five brothers and a sister, named Levi Garrison, Joseph C., Augustus Alexander, (Baxter) Theodo Terpin, George Cook and Julia Ann Sarepta Frances. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Jasper, James Laney, Milly Jane and Mary E.. He died at the age of 77 in 1919.1 -
