William Parker Tuten 
William Parker was born on January 24th, 1914. William Parker's father was Henry Milligan Tuten and his mother was Jennie Gertrude Garvin. His paternal grandparents were Thomas W. Tuten and Loanna Padgett; his maternal grandparents were William Walter Garvin and Sarah A. Barwick (Borvick). He had two brothers and two sisters, named Walter Alfred, Herman Malphus, Thelma Gertrude and Irma Clara. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 80 on November 25th, 1994.-
