Westley Killian was born on July 1st, 1866 in Pine Ridge Area, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Westley Killian's father was Daniel Shealy and his mother was Sallie Ballentine. His paternal grandparents were John Ventle Shealy and Eva Margaret Sease. He had five brothers and a sister, named James Edward, John Calvin, Could also be William Patrick, Noah Rufus, Could also be Cohens Luther and Amanda. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 71 on September 16th, 1937 in Near Chapin, South Carolina. He was buried in St. Thomas Lutheran Church Cemetery, Chapin, South Carolina.1 1 -
