Perry Alvin was born on December 13th, 1915.1 Perry Alvin's father was Perry Haskell Shealy and his mother was Daisy Sloan. His paternal grandparents were Leonard L. Shealy and Martha Isabelle Comalander. He had two sisters named Maybelle and Pearl. He died at the age of 64 on January 23rd, 1980. He was buried in Mt. Horeb Lutheran Church Cemetery, Chapin, SC.1 1 -
