Walter Ernest Riser 
Walter Ernest was born on December 24th, 1890 in Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 Walter Ernest's father was Willie Lanford Riser and his mother was Mary Susan Emma Shealy. His paternal grandparents were George C. Riser and Mary Minerva Catherine Piester. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George Samuel, John Bunyan, Nolan Eric, Robert Lee, Annie Fledna, Mattie Pearl, Irabelle and Inez Lucille. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 90 in 1980.1 -
