Charles James Mounger 
Charles James was born on March 21st, 1892 in Collin County, Texas.1 Charles James' father was Jesse Edward Mounger and his mother was Rosella Spaugh. His paternal grandparents were James H. Mounger and Sarah Ann Boland. He had three brothers and a sister, named Elbert, Gibble, Hurbert and Harriet Jane. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 78 on May 15th, 1970 in Rayville, Richland County, Louisiana.1 -
