Charles Belton Dickard 
Charles Belton was born on March 12th, 1819 in Newberry Co, SC.1 Charles Belton's father was John Jacob Dickard and his mother was Christina Riser. His maternal grandparents were Martin Riser and Christina Sease. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Claiborne Crogham, David Adam, Susannah and Mary Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 72 in 1891 in Texas?.1 -
