William Alfred Witherspoon

William Alfred was born in 1860.  William Alfred's father was W. A. Witherspoon and his mother was Tarifa Cocke.  His maternal grandparents were Henry Harrison Cocke and Elizabeth Ruffin. He had a brother and a sister, named Harrison H. and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 62 in 1922.  He was buried in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, VA.
