William Carter Wickham 
William Carter was born on September 20th, 1820 in Richmond, VA.1 William Carter's father was William Fanning Wickham and his mother was Anne Butler Carter. His paternal grandparents were John Wickham and Mary Fanning; his maternal grandparents were Robert Hill Carter and Mary Nelson. He had a brother named John. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 67 on July 23rd, 1888 in Richmond, VA. He was buried in "Hickory Hill", Hanover Co., Virginia.1 -
