Charles Douglas Tucker 
Charles Douglas was born in September 1842. Charles Douglas' father was John Randolph Tucker and his mother was Virginia Webb. His paternal grandparents were John Tucker and Susan Mary Ann Douglas; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Tarleton Webb and Harriett Davis. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John Tarleton, Alfred Taylor, Randolph, Tarleton Webb, Harry Gringo, Virginius, Virginia Fleming and Harriet Reilly. He was the third oldest of the nine children.-
