Elizabeth Tarleton 
Elizabeth was born in 1696 in Blisland Parish, New Kent Co., VA. Elizabeth's father was Stephen Tarleton and her mother was Susannah Bates. Her maternal grandparents were John Bates and Elizabeth Winston?. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John, Stephen, Charles, Susannah and Judith. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 79 in 1775.-
