Mahala Stanley 
Mahala was born in 1809. Mahala's father was John Stanley and her mother was Elizabeth Dicks. Her paternal grandparents were Elijah Stanley and Hannah Mills. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Wyatt, Milton, Harmon, Delana, Elizabeth and Maria Jane. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 61 in 1870.-
