James Stanley 
James was born in April 1688 and his baptism took place on April 15th, 1688 in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent Co., VA. James' father was Thomas Stanley and his mother was Rebecca ?. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John and Mary. He had a half-brother named Jacob. He died at the age of 66 on August 7th, 1754 in Hanover Co. Virginia.General Notes

At a meeting in 1728 Henrico County, James Stanley, son of Thos. Stanley of Hanover County took for his wife Catherine Hutchens. Their intentions were done on this fifth day of the Third month called May in the year English of Thousand Seven Hundred twenty Eight.
