James Stanley 
James was born on July 8th, 1769. James' father was Elijah Stanley and his mother was Hannah Mills. His paternal grandparents were James Stanley and Catherine Hutchins; his maternal grandparents were John Mills and Sarah Beals. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Jesse, Joseph, John, Elijah, Sarah, Martha, Mary, Catherine and Hannah. He was the oldest of the ten children.-
