Eva Hill was born about 1888.1 Eva Hill's father was Waverly Hill Snead and her mother was Sally Elizabeth Bashaw. Her paternal grandparents were William Pumphrey Snead and Henrietta Tapscott. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Paul Winn, Woodfin Bashaw, Ernest Hobson, Thomas Holman, Elizabeth Tapscott, Inez Weiseger and Maude Bennett.
