William Sims 
William was born on December 25th, 1766 in Albemarle Co., VA. William's father was William Sims and his mother was Anister Step. His paternal grandparents were Richard Sims and Joanna ?. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named John, Richard, Joanna, Nancy, Annestar, Agatha, Frances, Rosamond and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 71 on November 20th, 1838.-
