William Parks Shelton 
William Parks was born about 1738. William Parks' father was John Shelton and his mother was Eleanor Parks. His paternal grandfather was John Shelton; his maternal grandfather was William Parks. He had six brothers and three sisters, named James, Thomas, Robert, John, David, Richard, Sarah Anne, Eleanor and Elizabeth. He died in 1778.
