William E. Seay 
William E. was born in 1780 in Fork Union, Fluvanna Co., Virginia. William E.'s father was Stephen Seay and his mother was Anne Ryan. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Seay and Naomi Loving. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John Hartwell, Mathew, Austin, Jacob, Abraham, Celia and Sally. He died before 1850 in Virginia. He was buried in "Mt. Airy", rt 646 near the Hardware River.-
