Austin Seay 
Austin was born about 1782. Austin's father was Stephen Seay and his mother was Anne Ryan. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Seay and Naomi Loving. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John Hartwell, Mathew, William E., Jacob, Abraham, Celia and Sally. He died after 1850.
