George Loving was born on November 4th, 1804 in Virginia. George Loving's father was William E. Seay and his mother was Elizabeth Woody. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Seay and Anne Ryan. He had a brother named William E.. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 69 on May 10th, 1874 in Virginia.-
