Elizabeth Garland was born on October 29th, 1797. Elizabeth Garland's father was Samuel Seay and her mother was Poly Grundy. Her paternal grandparents were Moses Seay and Elizabeth Luck. She had four brothers named James Gardam, Moses Austin, George Green H. and John G.. She was the oldest of the five children.-
