Frances Collier Scott 
Frances Collier was born about 1756. Frances Collier's father was James Scott and her mother was Francis Collier. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Scott and Ann Baytop; her maternal grandparents were John Collier and Anne Eppes. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, Thomas Baytop, James, John, Ann, Lucinda, Mary Eliza, Elizabeth, Mildred and Harriet. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.
