Arthur Ruffin 
Arthur was born in 1900. Arthur's father was George Tolliver Ruffin and his mother was Lula G. Fort. His paternal grandparents were Henry James Ruffin and Winnie Virginia Jinks. He had two sisters named Alvie L. and Winnie. He was the second oldest of the three children.
