John Lemuel Quarles 
John Lemuel was born on February 7th, 1910. John Lemuel's father was James Cowardin Quarles and his mother was Helen Wallace Taylor. His paternal grandparents were William Edmond Quarles and Nellie Annett Elizabeth Morgan. He had a brother and a sister, named William Taylor and Mary Wallace. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 23 in November 1933.-
