William Frederick Pendleton 
William Frederick was born on December 3rd, 1889. William Frederick's father was Alexander Shaw Pendleton and his mother was Susan Parramore. His paternal grandparents were Philip Coleman Pendleton and Catherine Sarah Melissa Tebeau; his maternal grandparents were Noah Paramore and Susan Catherine Dasher. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Philip Coleman, Albert Sidney, Francis Key, Bessie Parramore, Gertrude Adala and Alexis Runette. He was the third youngest of the seven children.-
