James Pendleton

James was born in 1793.  James' father was James Pendleton and his mother was Sarah Bell.  His paternal grandparents were Philip Pendleton and Martha Awbrey; his maternal grandfather was James Bell. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named David H., Edmund Gaines, Robert, singleton, William Clayton, Alfred, Joseph, Patsy, Margaret Malinda, Dorcas, Minerva Jane and Harriett.  He died at the age of 62 on February 22nd, 1855.
