Emily Jane Pendleton 
Emily Jane was born on April 27th, 1836. Emily Jane's father was William Robert Pendleton and her mother was Marion Jordon. Her paternal grandparents were Coleman Pendleton and Martha Gilbert; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Jordon and Priscilla Applewhite. She had a brother and two sisters, named Philip Coleman, Anna and Mary Louisa. She was the oldest of the four children.-
