James Wilford Payne

James Wilford was born on May 24th, 1913. James Wilford's father was Edward Temple Payne and his mother was Dawson Hamilton Whitlock. His paternal grandparents were James Monroe Payne and Martha Jane Whitlock; his maternal grandparents were Joseph A. Whitlock and Sarah Lacy. He had two brothers and a sister, named Joseph Leroy, Richard Curman and Orilla Temple. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 57 on April 13th, 1971.
