Robert was born in 1722 in "Rosewell", Gloucester Co., VA. Robert's father was Mann Page and his mother was Judith Carter. His paternal grandparents were Matthew Page and Mary Mann; his maternal grandparents were Robert Carter and Judith Armistead. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, Mann, ?, ? and ?. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named ?, ? and Maria Judith. He died at the age of 46 in 1768.-
