John Summerfield Martin 
John Summerfield was born on June 3rd, 1831. John Summerfield's father was Robert W. Martin and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Seay. His maternal grandparents were Abraham Bond Seay and Rosa Berriman Loving. He had six brothers and four sisters, named George William Henry, Robert Warren Brown, James Francis, Albert Seaton, Daniel Green, Charles Coatsworth Pinckney, Pauline Ann, Tennessee Virginia, Alabama and Rachel Josephine. He was the second oldest of the eleven children.-
