Lucinda F. was born about 1871. Lucinda F.'s father was Henry Melvin Ladd and her mother was Rebecca Ladd. Her paternal grandparents were John C. Ladd and Martha E. Mountcastle. She had three brothers and a sister, named A. J., Thomas N., Samuel W. and Martha M.. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
