George Lorraine Jones

George Lorraine was born on June 17th, 1875. George Lorraine's father was Joseph Ravenscroft Jones and his mother was Courtney Bowdoin Byrd. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Jones and Ann Churchill; his maternal grandparents were John Waller Byrd and Mary Frances Page. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert Lee, Charles Andrew, Churchill Crittendon, Joseph Churchill, Katherine Boyce and Courtney Byrd. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 69 in 1944.
